Box Tops

Box Tops are a super easy way to earn money for Coolidge. First, add the Box Tops app to your phone. Second, you will be prompted to select a school so the program knows where to allocate your spending dollars. Third, scan your shopping receipts and Coolidge will receive the earned funds.

Media Volunteer Program

We are excited to announce that our Media Volunteer program will be back for the school year. I am excited to be your Media Coordinator/Parent Volunteer for this year.

This year we will ask for 1 volunteer per slot (Google form link below).
Mrs. Needleman will need the volunteer to attend for the last 30 minutes of each class (The school would like to minimize time in building due to protocols, etc.). When you sign up your session is reoccurring approximately once every four weeks.

This is a great opportunity to see your child (children) in school and help out with the Coolidge community as well. (If you are new Coolidge family we welcome you and if you’d like more information please let me know.) I will also speak to our Media Volunteer Program during the first PTO meeting.

Class Parent Information!

If you are interested in being a Class Parent, YOU MUST complete steps 1 & 2 by 11:59pm on Wednesday, September 15th

  1. Register for the PTO

    By registering for the PTO, you will be included in the Coolidge directory and receive a hard copy. The password for new families is: CoolidgePTO.
  2. Submit your name for Class Parent Selection

    For general information, please refer to Class Parent Responsibilities document listed below.
  3. Class Parent Selection & Class Parent Meeting
    Class Parents will be selected on Friday, September 17th. Selected parents will receive an email notification by Sunday confirming acceptance. The Class Parent Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 21st at 7:30pm via zoom or Google Meet.

School Lunch: Nicholas Market

The Coolidge PTO is happy to welcome back Nicholas Market. Parents can order lunch for their students Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. All lunches will be individually brown-bagged. For information on how to set up an account on their NEW website please click the button below.

The Coolidge PTO Spirit Wear Store is now open! Get your paws on the latest in Cougar fashion while supporting the PTO!

Please see the flyer below to check out the ’21-’22 Spirit Wear offerings, and click on the link below to jump to the store. 

The Spirit Wear Store will be open throughout the academic year. It will take approximately four weeks for the vendor to receive, fulfill, and deliver the orders. Place your order by the 20th of the current month in order to receive your items during the following month.

Example: Orders submitted from Sep 8th- August 20th will be delivered in September

                 Orders submitted from August 21st – Sept 20th will be delivered in October
