Dear Coolidge Parents –
We are excited to announce details regarding this year’s holiday craft fair.
The fair will be held on December 1st (grades K-2) and December 2nd (grades 3-5) from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
This year, we are planning an assortment of different gift options for the children. The areas include:
- Gift-making craft stations
- Holiday Boutique Shop (SchoolHolidayShop.com)
- Free Wrapping Station
- Fun Activities
HERE’S HOW IT WILL WORK:
The holiday fair will use a pre-purchased ticket system for currency. Please complete the consent form that was sent home or print one below to pre-order your child’s tickets for this event. Your purchase options are as follows:
- Package A: $45 for 50 tickets
- Package B: $25 for 25 tickets
- Package C: $10 for 10 tickets
- Package D: $5 for 5 tickets
The fair will offer a selection of make-your-own holiday and household craft items that will range in price from 1 to 5 tickets each including decorating materials.
This year, Coolidge will also be partnering with schoolholidayshop.com to offer a selection of ready-made gift items that the children can buy for family and friends. Most boutique merchandise will require 1-6 tickets each. No single item will cost more than 12 tickets.
Towards the end of each day of the fair, fun STEM door prizes will be announced to winning ticket holders.
Due to COVID restrictions, the Holiday Fair will be restricted to students and event volunteers only. If you’d like to volunteer to help with the Holiday fair, please look out for our sign-up sheet which will open next week via Sign Up Genius.
We look forward to seeing your children at the Holiday Fair!

This is a great opportunity to get involved in a school event! We’ll need volunteers to run games & craft stations, sell pumpkins and help with the bake sale. If you can’t be there that day, there are other ways to get involved! We’ll need lots of pumpkin painters and people to donate cider and treats for the bake sale! So please consider donating your time or talents and help us make this a great event! ~The Harvest Fest Chairs

We encourage you to sign up for eWallet, a great way to allow your student to buy books without having to send in cash the day of the sale. Please find info on the flyer that was sent home on Friday, or in the PDF attached. Your child’s teacher also has the opportunity to set up an eWallet for donations. In years past, teacher’s have created Wishlists of books for their classroom. This is an alternative to that, and a great way to help your child’s teacher build their classroom library!
