What are the requirements to volunteer at a PTO event? Parents who plan to volunteer at the schools this year are asked to upload relevant COVID-19 documents to the Genesis Parent Portal by October 18th, 2021. To securely upload your proof of vaccination or recent negative test result (dated within a week of volunteer date), log in to your Genesis Parent Portal Account at https://parents.wyckoffps.org, and complete the Volunteer Parent Documentation Form. If volunteering in multiple schools, please complete the form for each of your children. Weekly testing will be offered on-site at no cost beginning next week. The first testing event will be held at Eisenhower Middle School on Thursday, October 14th from 3:30 to 5:30pm. No registration is required; bring a valid ID and insurance card.
Is the YMCA After School Classes going to be available this year? The district has decided not to offer the Y after-school classes at this time. We will notify you of any changes.
I forgot my PTOffice.com password and there is no reset password button. Email sarahhja[email protected] and she will send you a reset password email.
Is the Economy Shop open this year? After almost 19 months, the Economy Shop is set to open this month! It will be donations only and not consignment. The shop is 100% run by volunteers and all the proceeds go right back to the Wyckoff schools. There will soon be opportunities to volunteer for shifts. Each time a Coolidge parent volunteers at the shop, a portion of money raised will go to our children. Stay tuned for more details!
Why is there a service fee for Nicholas Market lunch orders? The service fee is $1 per day for lunches. We encourage you to order all of your students meals at the same time to reduce the service fees. The service fee is due to the cost of food increase and lunch servers. More details regarding this can be found in the Nicholas Markets Letter to Parents.
Why are there 2 different contributions to the PTO?
